Review: Madame Milly Lip Gloss #15

The kit this is from was purchased for me by my husband a few months ago. I am not sure if the same kit is still available; this series of reviews is intended to help with deciding whether future purchases from this brand is worthwhile.

Lip Gloss:    Madame Milly Lip Gloss #15

Applied At:    7:00 PM

Cost: (Without any discounts)    Kits at Kohl's range from $20 to $40.  Kohl's does run regular sales so I always recommend waiting for one of those when considering makeup there.

Shimmer: Yes, but it comes off looking more wet.
Glitter: No

Does it show without a lip primer?

Yes, this actually shows very well as a red.  It is not as red as the tube shows, but it is definitely making my lips look much more red than they would without anything on.

Does it show with a lip primer?

Yes, it shows slightly more red and like the color in the tube with the primer than it does without.  Still mostly wet and shimmery through.

Lasting time without primer:

Two hours and 30 minutes.  Shiny/wet part wore off by 9:30 pm. Still appeared shimmery though.

Lasting time with primer:

Three hours and removed.

Travel outside the lip line without a primer?    None

Transfer to cup without a primer:    Yes, bright pink

Transfer to cup with a primer:    Yes, bright pink

Day or Night makeup:

Day makeup, I like the color and I like shinny lip glosses.
