Coats until same color as the bottle: This is a glitter top coat so I do not expect it to completely coat the nail in glitter.

Drying time: Five to ten minutes for touch dry.

Pinky nail is one coat, ring finger nail is two coats.
Note that the base apparently has a pinkish tone to it as it has changed the color of the very white nail polish somewhat. Something to keep in mind when using over a polish with a color that may not transform well with a pink tint over the top.
Did not apply a top coat over the glitter polish as I consider glitter polishes as top coats.
Day Two:
Small chip on the bottom of the right ring finger. Tiny chip on the tip of left ring finger.

Left hand. Tiny chip at the bottom of the ring finger nail along with small chips along the top of the ring finger nail. Right hand. Tiny chips along the top of the ring finger nail and one tiny chip on the top of the pinky nail.

Left hand. Much the same as yesterday, pinky nail has a tiny chip on the outside edge at the tip. Right hand. The chipping at the tip of the ring finger nail has grown slightly.

Left hand. Chipping on the ring finger nail is very large now. Right hand. Chipping on the ring finger nail has grown a good bit as well.

Left hand. Chipping is extensive on the ring finger nail, and tiny chipping on the pinky nail. Right hand. Chipping is expanded more on the ring finger nail and slightly on the pinky finger nail.
