Review: Madame Milly Lip Gloss #14

The kit this is from was purchased for me by my husband a few months ago. I am not sure if the same kit is still available; this series of reviews is intended to help with deciding whether future purchases from this brand is worthwhile.

Cost: (Without any discounts)    Kits at Kohl's range from $20 to $40.  Kohl's does run regular sales so I always recommend waiting for one of those when considering makeup there.

Shimmer: Yes, and lots of it.
Glitter: No

Does it show without a lip primer?   

Yes, although mostly as shimmer.  In the right light you get a hint of the color of the shimmer, but not much.

Does it show with a lip primer?   

Yes, I think the color is slightly more obvious this time, but it is still mostly shimmer.

Lasting time without primer:   

Three hours and 30 minutes, then removed to eat something.

Lasting time with primer:   

Three hours and then removed to eat something.

Travel outside the lip line without a primer?    None

Travel outside of the lip line with a primer?    None

Transfer to cup without a primer:    Yes, shimmer.

Transfer to cup with a primer:    Yes, shimmer.

Day or Night makeup:   

Day makeup, I like the look of the color this one gives, although it probably helps that the dress I am wearing while testing this has a lot of orange in it and this lip gloss goes well with it.
