Review: Madame Milly Lip Gloss #5

The kit this is from was purchased for me by my husband a few months ago.  I am not sure if the same kit is still available; this series of reviews is intended to help with deciding whether future purchases from this brand is worthwhile.

Cost: (Without any discounts)    Kits at Kohl's range from $20 to $40.  Kohl's does run regular sales so I always recommend waiting for one of those when considering makeup there.

Shimmer: No

Glitter: No

Does it show without a lip primer?   

Does tint the lips very lightly to favor a purple shade.  Most evident when first the wand touches the lips, but as it is spread out, the color is sheered out greatly.

Does it show with just a lip primer?   

Tints the lips slightly more purple than without, although still not obvious when fully applied.

Lasting time without primer:   

One and a half hours, I think because there is no shimmer there was less to show.

Travel outside the lip line without a primer?    None

Travel outside of the lip line with a primer?    None

Transfer to cup without a primer:   

Didn't have time to drink anything before it faded away.

Transfer to cup with a primer:   

Yes, light purple lip marks.

Day or Night makeup:   

Day makeup, but as with the last lip gloss, only because I don't mind reapplying often.  It is also nice to have a lip gloss that doesn't have shimmers so I know that it isn't going to end up all over my face if I am going to be at a family event.
